We offer competitive pay, with ranges up to $37.50 per flat rate hour based on your level of experience — but that’s just the start! As an automotive mechanic at Bommarito Volkswagen of Hazelwood, you will be expected to:
Perform oil changes, factory services, fluid exchanges, and inspections.
Perform mechanical repairs on customer vehicles, including repairs for the engine, transmission, HVAC system, cooling system, suspension, steering, braking, drivetrain, and more.
Be able to research and diagnose problems with vehicles and perform the required repairs on any vehicle system. This includes drivability problems.
Keep factory and dealership standards and maintain a clean service bay.
Work well with others and be a team player. Your work will involve you cooperating with service advisors and the parts department.
Follow all federal, state, and local laws governing automotive repair.
